American Public University

The American Public University is accredited by the the Distance Education and Training Council (DETC). Accreditation was first granted to APU by the DETC in the year of 2002.

Programs offered by the American Public University include: Associate's degree programs, Bachelor's degree programs, and Master's degree programs. In all over 150 online programs are offered with a focus on the needs of students interested in public service.
